Article 1 - DEFINITIONS
All of the following terms, whether used in the singular or plural, are used with the following meaning:
"Purchaser" means any person making a purchase of an individual Ticket and who has accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
"Membership" means the annual subscription in the form of a personal card for the visit and services under the conditions described in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
"Ticket" means the e-Ticket or the m-Ticket for admission to the Services taking place at the Bourse de Commerce, purchased by the Purchaser on the Site. There are several types of Tickets (Exhibition Tickets, Guided Tour and Workshop Tickets, etc. as described in Article 4 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale).
The "Bourse de Commerce" means the exhibition, visit and workshop venue(s) where the Services are provided, i.e. the Bourse de Commerce, accessible at 2 rue de Viarmes 75002 Paris, as well as any other exhibition and visit venues "outside".
"Force majeure" means any event within the meaning of the law and usually retained as such by the case law of the French courts on the day of their occurrence. Changes in the opening hours that may be imposed on the Company for security purposes also constitute a case of force majeure.
"Customer Account" means the account through which users of the Site wishing to place an order identify themselves and fill in the form. The Customer Account allows access to their order history and tracking, their subscriptions to newsletters and other services.
"User Account" means the account by which users of the Site identify themselves in order to place an order, whether in the form of a "customer account" or in guest mode.
"General Terms and Conditions of Sale" refers to these general terms and conditions, the purpose of which is to define the conditions of purchase and use of individual Tickets, applicable to the placing of orders.
"Services" refers to all the services offered by the Company at the Bourse de Commerce on the Site, including in particular Tickets and Membership cards.
"Visiting Rules" means the rules applicable to the conduct of the visit, including in particular safety instructions, accessibility, and the opening hours of the Bourse de Commerce available here.
"Site" means the Company's commercial website allowing the purchase of Tickets online, accessible, as the case may be, at the address billetterie.pinaultcollection.com and/or billetterie-supercercle.pinaultcollection.com
"The Company" refers to Pinault Collection, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS), operating under the trade name "Bourse de Commerce-Pinault Collection", with a share capital of 130,020,000 Euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 807 902 036 and whose registered office is located at 12 rue François Premier 75008 Paris.
"Price Schedule" means the price schedule for all Tickets available on the Site.
The applicable price schedule is the one in force on the day the Order is placed. The total price at the time of validation of the order is the final price.
"QRCode" means a 2D barcode embedded in the Tickets.
Article 2: PURPOSE - SCOPE
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale by the Company to individuals, on the Site(s), of Tickets or other Services relating to the Bourse de Commerce.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not apply to purchases of group Tickets, purchases of Services for individuals, or purchases made on site or from partners of the Company.
Article 3: ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND AMENDMENTS
The Purchaser acknowledges that they have read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to validating their purchase. Any purchase of a Ticket implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale without exception. Consequently, the Purchaser declares and acknowledges that they are entirely familiar with them and therefore waives the right to rely on any other document.
The Company reserves the right to adapt or amend these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Subsequent modifications or versions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be published on the Site(s) by means of an announcement or provided to the Purchaser on request and will only be applicable to sales subsequent to their communication.
Article 4: OFFERS AVAILABLE FOR SALE
Several types of Tickets are available for sale online:
4.1 Exhibition Tickets
- Exhibition Ticket: gives access to all the exhibitions offered by the Company at the Bourse de Commerce;
- 5 admissions Ticket: gives access to all the exhibitions offered by the Company at the Bourse de Commerce for 5 adults. Preferential offer available online until the day before the date of the visit;
- Open Ticket: gives access to all the exhibitions offered by the Company at the Bourse de Commerce and is valid for 6 months.
4.2 Tickets for Guided Tours and Workshops
- Guided Tour Ticket: gives access to a guided tour with an official tour guide and to the exhibitions on offer at the Bourse de Commerce.
- Tour-Workshop Ticket: gives access to a workshop led by an official tour guide and to the exhibitions on offer at the Bourse de Commerce.
Guided Tours Tickets for individuals do not require a minimum number of participants.
4.3 Programming Tickets
A cultural programme, intended for the general public, diverse and varied, shows, performances and concerts at the Bourse de Commerce, will give rise to the issue of dedicated tickets.
The Company does not guarantee the availability of all its workshops, activities and artistic programming at the Bourse de Commerce.
4.4 Membership cards
Cercle SOLO or Cercle DUO memberships:
- Unlimited, direct and priority access to the Bourse de Commerce, for one or two people depending on the type of card (the cardholder and their guest),
SUPER CERCLE membership dedicated to 18-26 years old included:
- Free access to the Bourse de Commerce from 4 p.m. every day,
- Before 4 p.m., the Exhibition Ticket at a preferential rate,
- A digital subscription,
4.4.1 Conditions of use of Membership cards
Membership cards are issued to their holders on a strictly personal and nominative basis. They cannot be loaned or exchanged: the member must be present to access the Bourse de Commerce.
If the card is a gift, the contact details of the person to whom the card is given must be provided.
An identity check may be carried out on site. In the event of proven fraud, the Company reserves the right to cancel the current membership as of right and without the right to a refund.
The advantages associated with the card are exclusively reserved for the cardholder except for the Cercle DUO card which offers its holder and the guest of their choice, during the period of validity of the membership, the same advantages.
Membership cards are available in two different formats:
The Cercle SOLO and Cercle DUO cards can be purchased online or on site with a single payment. They have to be picked up on site at the Information-Tickets area at 40 rue du Louvre on presentation of a booking confirmation and a valid identity document.
The SUPER CERCLE membership is only available in m-ticket or e-ticket. The holder must first upload an identity photograph.
E-Ticket: The card must be printed on white A4 paper, without modification of its size and with good print quality.
M-Ticket: The card does not need to be printed out: once downloaded to the smartphone, it can be presented directly on site to access control.
Cards are valid for one year from the validity start date.
The Purchaser can choose themselves the validity start date of their card by selecting the start date of their choice on the calendar when making their purchase.
All orders are final. It is no longer possible to change the validity date at a later date.
In the event of renewal, the Purchaser benefits from a one-year extension from the expiry date of their old card.
In the event of loss or theft, the Purchaser must inform the Company's membership department to deactivate the current card and obtain a duplicate by contacting the department by telephone on 01.86.90.76.70 or by email billetterie@pinaultcollection.com
4.4.5 CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
In the event of non-compliance with the Visiting Rules, the Company reserves the right to cancel the current membership without refund of the period of validity.
Article 5: PRICE SCHEDULE
The Purchaser acknowledges having been informed of the price conditions in force on the day of the order and accessible on the Site here.
In the event of a change in price conditions, they will have no effect on orders already placed.
The price of Tickets and Membership Cards is indicated in Euros, all taxes included.
It is payable in this currency only.
For any request for a free ticket, please refer to the rules for granting free tickets indicated in the price conditions in force on the day of the order.
The use of a Ticket at a preferential rate is subject to presentation of the associated supporting document. Otherwise, the balance of the Ticket must be paid at the Information-Tickets area.
Article 6: PURCHASE PROCEDURE
The Purchaser places an order for one or more Tickets or Membership cards on sale on the Site(s).
The online purchase procedure includes the following steps:
- The Purchaser chooses the Service they wish to buy, the number of tickets desired per Price according to available places in real time,
- The Purchaser chooses, if applicable, the day and time of the Service in the calendar made available to them,
- The Purchaser then has two options:
- to create a Customer Account by first entering their email address and a password and then by entering mandatory personal data such as title, surname, first name and postcode which will enable them to access their order history, past or future Tickets or Membership Cards, to print them, to access their personal offers, to modify their contact details or to subscribe to newsletters. The creation of an account is mandatory for memberships;
- not to create a Customer Account and choose the guest mode. They are then invited to enter only their email address to receive their Tickets or any other information related to their purchase (change of programme, delay, cancellation, etc.).
- A summary of the entire order is displayed. The Purchaser then checks their order and confirms that they have read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
At the time of checking the order and after accepting the General Terms and Conditions of Sale under the conditions referred to above, the Purchaser is redirected to a secure payment server.
In the event of refusal by the payment centre concerned, the order is automatically cancelled. Any payment of the order by the Purchaser constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the order which cannot be challenged.
As soon as their purchase has been validated, the Purchaser will be able to print the Tickets they have received in pdf format in a dedicated email to the email address indicated, or they can print the Ticket(s) at a later date by logging into their Account. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the contact details and information provided at the time of booking are correct.
Article 7: PAYMENT PROCEDURES
All online orders are payable in full at once in Euros and by credit card for the amount including all taxes.
7.1 Online payment transaction
The Purchaser guarantees to the Company that they have the authorisations that may be necessary to use the payment method chosen when validating the order.
The Purchaser's bank account is debited for the amount of the order as soon as the transaction is accepted by the payment centre.
The credit card is debited independently of the printing of Tickets.
7.2 Invoice
As soon as the transaction is completed, the Purchaser is informed and receives a purchase confirmation email.
In addition, they can choose to receive an invoice by selecting this option.
7.3 Security of payments
For any payment made on the Site, the Company uses the services of payment service providers who offer a secure solution. More information on our Privacy Policy.
Article 8: ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as the payment of the order has been confirmed by the payment centre, the Purchaser will receive an order confirmation email from the Site(s).
The confirmation email acknowledges receipt of the order.
The "order summary" email also contains the Ticket(s) in PDF format as well as an internet link to print the Ticket(s).
Article 9: DELIVERY OF TICKETS
Printing the confirmation page or the purchase confirmation email sent by the Company does not constitute a Ticket. This document may under no circumstances be used as a Ticket and allow access to the Services at the Bourse de Commerce.
The printable Tickets are available as soon as the purchase has been validated and can be printed by the Purchaser up to the date of their visit by clicking on the link in the purchase confirmation email or in the Purchaser's Customer Account, accessible from the Site(s).
Article 10: CONDITIONS OF USE OF TICKETS
Each Ticket issued is valid only for the date and time indicated on the Ticket or for a specified period of time.
Each Ticket entitles the holder to one admission for one person.
10.1 Use of a valid Ticket
All Tickets are systematically checked at the entrance to the Bourse de Commerce, activities or programming and scanned. The Purchaser must therefore go to access control with a Ticket printed in advance or downloaded to a smartphone. Visitors should carry their Tickets with them during the visit.
To be valid, the Ticket:
- must be printed in one copy on white A4 paper, blank front and back. The Purchaser must print as many Tickets as there are people.
- The Company accepts the printing of two separate Tickets on the same sheet of paper (front and back) if visitors remain together throughout their visit.
or
- must be downloaded on mobile phones (m-Billet) or apple wallet (passbook).
Each Ticket has a unique QRCode.
For Tickets printed on paper, a good print quality is required, so that the information on the Ticket and the QRCode are clearly legible.
No device allows the Purchaser to print a Ticket on site on the day of the visit.
Partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible Tickets will not be accepted and will be considered invalid.
The Company reserves the right to refuse access to its areas (museums, workshops, auditorium) to any holder of a Ticket that is counterfeit, invalid, or which has not been issued by the Company or which has not been acquired via sales methods authorised by the Company.
10.2 - Compliance with the Visiting Rules
Purchasers are advised that the Tickets authorise access to the exhibitions or Services at the Bourse de Commerce during the opening hours indicated on the Tickets and/or indicated on the Site(s) and that any visit is subject to compliance with the Visiting Rules.
10.3 Use of Tickets individually and for non-commercial purposes
Tickets are issued in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale for individual use.
Any holder of a Ticket of the Company is prohibited, under penalty of possible legal proceedings, from using it for promotional or commercial purposes without the prior written agreement of the Company.
Any sale or exchange of Membership Cards with third parties is strictly forbidden, subject to the penalties provided for in the Penal Code (Article 226-4-1 of the Penal Code).
10.4 Duplicate in case of loss or theft of the Ticket
In the event of loss or theft of a Ticket or a duplication of a Ticket, only the first person presenting the Ticket is considered to be the rightful holder of the Ticket and can access the Service sold by the Company.
The Company cannot be held liable for the loss or theft of the Ticket under any circumstances. However, a duplicate may be issued in the Information-Tickets area on presentation of supporting documents and an identity document, provided that the Ticket has not been used.
Article 11: TICKET REFUND AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Pursuant to Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Purchaser does not benefit from the withdrawal period for the purchase of Tickets.
11.1 For reasons attributable to the Purchaser
Tickets purchased online are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable, even in the event of loss or theft. Their resale is strictly prohibited.
No refund will be granted following booking errors made by the Purchaser on the Company's Site (date, price, service errors).
No refund will be granted to Purchasers benefiting from a reduction and having paid the full price following the non-submission of proof.
11.2 In the event of Force Majeure or for reasons attributable to the Company
In the event of Force Majeure, the Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking. The Company cannot be held liable for any non-performance due to Force Majeure. In this case, Purchasers who have booked and paid for their reservation will be notified by telephone and/or by email. One (or more) proposed date(s) will be offered by the Company. If this date is not convenient for the Purchaser or if no date is possible, the Company will refund the Buyer.
The Company reserves the right to modify the programme of visits, workshops, activities and cultural programming and to replace them with another event of the same nature if the conditions are not met to enable the visit or Service to be presented as planned. If this alternative does not suit the Purchaser, they will be refunded by the Company.
In order to make the refund, the Company may ask the Purchaser to provide it with any information that it may lack in order to do so, and in particular:
- sending the original and complete ticket(s),
- bank details (original bank statement),
- copy of a valid identity document.
Any refund will be made as soon as possible, and at the earliest within 30 (thirty) days of completion of the associated file, to the exclusion of any other compensation or indemnity.
11.3 Complaints
Any complaints regarding the ticketing system should be made by post or email, to the attention of Bourse de Commerce - Pinault Collection, Customer Relations Department at the following address: 2bis rue de Viarmes 75001 Paris or by email: billetterie@pinaultcollection.com
Article 12: LIABILITY
The Company is not in a position to guarantee to the Purchaser that the Site meets their expectations exactly or that no errors appear during the use of the Site.
The Site is accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, subject to its closure for maintenance or repair or in the event of Force Majeure or any event beyond the Company's control.
The Company cannot be held liable in the event of loss or damage suffered by the Purchaser or any third party as a result of a failure in access to the Site, the Internet network, the means of telecommunications and, more generally, due to Force Majeure, during a visit to the Site or when placing an order.
The Company cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the Purchaser's use of the Internet network or the Purchaser's computer resources, including loss of data following an intrusion, virus or service interruption.
The Company cannot be held liable for any improper use of the Site by the Purchaser or any other third party.
In the event that the Company's liability is sought due to a breach by the Purchaser of any of the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Company may call the Purchaser in warranty.
The Purchaser is solely responsible for their choice to order the Ticket and for the methods of delivery of the Ticket. Consequently, the Company cannot be held liable for any malfunction related to a problem of compatibility between the Ticket and the Purchaser's computer environment or for any malfunction related to a problem printing the Ticket.
Article 13: RETENTION AND ARCHIVING
The computerised registers, kept in the computer systems of the Company or of any of its service providers, under reasonable conditions of security, will be considered as proof of the sale contract, its date, orders and payments made.
The archiving of orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium, so as to correspond to a faithful copy, in accordance with Article 1379 of the Civil Code.
Article 14: PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Article 15: LANGUAGES, APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These General Terms and Conditions are drawn up in French. In case of doubt, incomprehension or contradiction with a translation into a foreign language, the French version will prevail. Sales of Tickets referred to in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.
In the event of a complaint, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal recourse before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
