The Bourse de Commerce — Pinault Collection is proud to welcome everyone with an adapted, inclusive mediation to its exhibitions.
Free admission
Individuals with disabilities and the people accompanying them have free, unlimited, and priority access to the museum upon presentation of the required documentation.

Hours and access
Open every day except Tuesday:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., open evenings until 9:00 p.m. on Fridays and the first Saturday of the month, except during “Museum in Motion” periods.
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are allowed inside the museum.

The Bourse de Commerce — Pinault Collection has implemented all the necessary systems and support to guarantee everyone a pleasant visit. Some parts of the building, which are listed as a historic monument, are subject to preservation constraints and cannot display customary accessibility signage.

In 2024, the Bourse de Commerce obtained the “Tourisme & Handicap” label awarded to tourism professionals committed to providing access to everyone.

Visitor Comfort
All teams at the Bourse de Commerce are trained in welcoming all members of the public and are attentive to any special requests.
The reception teams are available to provide you with information at the Information — Tickets area in front of the Bourse de Commerce and in all the museum’s spaces.
Wheelchairs, folding chairs, baby carriers, standard size prams, external batteries, portable pouches, magnifying glasses, and portable magnetic induction loops.
Key lockers are available free of charge on a self-service basis in the Salon on the ground floor. They are accessible to anyone in a wheelchair.
Elevators and bathrooms are available to visitors at every level of the building and observe all accessibility standards.

Explore the exhibitions at your own pace, thanks to the various accompanying activities on offer.
Docent-mediators in the museum’s spaces offer a perceptive interpretation of the works based on a detailed description and an interactive exchange.
A visitor assistance app available online by clicking here and which does not require any downloads offers tours and audio commentaries.
An ETR booklet available in the Salon on the ground floor offers a simplified approach to the museum. Consult the ETR booklet.
A tactile model located in the Salon on the ground floor allows people to experience the architecture of the Bourse de Commerce through it relief elements.
Braille cards, also available in the Salon, present the building’s history and architecture.
Sound content can be found on our online App.
The online App in “visual” mode presents a video in French sign language on the museum’s architecture and history, textual content, and biographies.
Individual guided tours in French sign language are provided one Friday every month at 6:15 p.m. by a bilingual French-French sign language mediator. Find out more.

The Bourse de Commerce — Pinault Collection offers guided tours and visits adapted to the nature of your group.

Group tours are offered in several languages, including French sign language.
To ensure visitor comfort, audio headsets are provided, some of which are equipped with a hearing loop for people wearing a hearing aid.
Accessibility group package (up to 20 people, including companions) : €35
Group tours are organised Monday to Friday (except on Tuesdays) with priority slots from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. for groups of people with disabilities.
Reservations are required at least 15 days before your visit and can be made directly online or by phone at +33 (0)1 55 04 60 70.
