In the heart of Paris, the Bourse de Commerce boasts a range of prestigious and original spaces suitable for all your events, from the most intimate to the most elaborate: cocktail parties, dinners, presentations, screenings, meetings. Visit the Bourse de Commerce and its exhibitions with your guests, in privileged conditions.
Unique spaces for tailor-made events
Host an event in the Salon and Passage on the ground floor. Both these spaces can be configured, together or separately, to host a cocktail reception for up to 800 people, or a dinner for a maximum of 220 guests.
Host an event in the Foyer, at floor -1. This elegant crescent-shaped space can accommodate up to 300 people for a cocktail reception.
The Auditorium on floor -1 can also be privatized for events. This semi-circular, fully equipped, 284-seater space offers top-range acoustics and is the ideal setting for conferences and professional meetings.
In addition to large dinners and cocktail receptions, the Bourse de Commerce can also host more intimate, less elaborate gatherings:
- Breakfast from 8.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
- Champagne reception between 7.30 p.m. and 9 p.m.
- A reception for up to 70 people in the Petit salon
- A reception for up to 150 people in the Foyer
Our on-site restaurant La Halle aux grains, run by chefs Michel and Sébastien Bras, are there to assist you in finding the perfect solution for all kinds of events.
Five caterers have also been referenced by the Bourse de Commerce to make it easier to organise your events while adapting to your wishes. We select caterers who favour local and seasonal sourcing, organic produce and an anti-waste approach. Our reference caterers are committed to a responsible approach to continuous improvement.
