Students from the Venice Studio 23 architecture and design workshop present their final projects for Venice to a jury of international architects.
Projects are developed over an intensive two-week period in Venice with leading international architecture and design firms in conjunction with local organisations by students from 31 countries representing 26 schools of architecture. The participating firms are: Snøhetta (Oslo), MVRDV (Rotterdam), Dogma (Brussels), Salottobuono (Milan) and Zaha Hadid Architects (London).
The projects presented investigate themes considered important to each firm for the future of the discipline and for the needs of Venice:
