"Editing", or "montage", is an element of the artistic practice of today's artists but, nowawdays, it is a process that can also be found in daily life and in our use of all the images spread by contemporary media. These two days of panel discussions, conferences and screenings are intended to analyze whether the contemporary use of editing has become a standardized practice or whether it is a more efficient mean to understand the world.
