On the occasion of the 74th Venice International Film Festival, the Teatrino di Palazzo Grassi presents the film directed by Loris Gréaud: Sculpt (2016). This film edit has been conceived specifically for Teatrino di Palazzo Grassi, and it only be screened on this occasion.
Sculpt is Loris Gréaud’s second film. More than a long-feature film, Sculpt is a ‘’urban legend’’, carrying in its wake multiple narrations centered upon one man, acted by Willem Dafoe. With an ‘’impossible’’ casting, Sculpt gathers together artists, actors, architects, extraordinary personalities such as Michael Lonsdale, Pascal Greggory, Charlotte Rampling, Betty Catroux, The Voodoo Queen Miriam Chamani, Claude Parent or Abel Ferrara… with an original soundtrack created by the legendary and mysterious band The Residents.
