As part of the 4th edition of the Luigi Nono Festival, entitled Luigi Nono and his masters, the Teatrino hosts the screening of ARCHIPEL LUIGI NONO (France, 1988, 54') by Olivier Mille.
Luigi Nono is among the most important and controversial Italian musicians of the twentieth century, with a constant research into political involvement and an equally constant restlessness that reveals itself in the "unleashes of sound matter and clear painful lyricism" (Paolo Petazzi). The film is the last long interview made with Luigi Nono between 1987 and 1988. Emilio Vedova, filmed in his studio, Massimo Cacciari, the collaborators of the SWR experimental studio in Freiburg, where Luigi Nono works in his final years, and the rehearsals for the performance of Prometeo in 1987 in Paris, at the Théâtre National de Chaillot, all appear in this documentary
